Now, we’re looking for a curious and driven Junior Developer who wants to be part of something ambitious from the start.

The Role

In this role, you’ll work at the heart of our engineering team, contributing to a growing AI platform with real-world impact. Your main focus will be to design and build integrations that enhance how our platform connects with data, systems and users. You’ll work alongside experienced developers, but also have plenty of room to think independently, suggest improvements, and push ideas forward. 

This is a rare opportunity to grow quickly in a high-performing team and explore the intersection between modern backend development and applied AI. We see programming as a craft — something to approach with care, creativity and deep engagement — and we’re looking for someone who shares that mindset.

You’re still early in your career, but you’ve already shown initiative — through projects, studies or work experience — and you’re ready to take the next step in an environment where your work will matter.

Qualifications

• A BSc or MSc in Computer Science or a related field
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in software development
• A strong interest in AI and its practical applications
• Demonstrated ability to complete technical projects, either in school or at work
• Examples of overcoming challenges through smart, structured solutions 
• A mindset that goes beyond the brief — you spot opportunities and act on them
