This role places you right at the heart of that journey. A hands-on, high-impact opportunity for someone who is eager to shape how governments and enterprises adopt GenAI and be part of building Intric’s continued success in Germany and beyond.
About the Role
Following initial wins in Germany, we are now accelerating our growth in this key market. As one of our first commercial hires in the DACH region, you will play a defining role in our expansion and in the transformative outcomes we deliver for our customers.
This is the perfect opportunity for a commercially-minded individual who wants to translate their skills into tangible impact and thrives in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment. We are looking for an entrepreneurial, intelligent self-starter with a natural talent for sales.
What You’ll Do
You take deals from start to signature. That means you will:
→ Identify and research organizations that match our Ideal Customer Profile, hunting for the right doors and the right people behind them.
→ Create a pipeline through smart outbound outreach mixed with qualified inbound opportunities.
→ Run thoughtful, consultative discovery conversations to qualify real needs, real urgency, and real decision paths.
→ Own the commercial process: guiding prospects, coordinating demos, shaping proposals, managing stakeholders, and driving momentum toward a signed contract.
You’ll also play a key role in shaping how Intric grows. This includes:
→ Presenting and ideating on high-value AI use-cases with customers, helping them uncover where GenAI can truly make an impact.
→ Capturing structured product feedback from pilots and live users so we keep solving the most important problems.
→ Staying up to date on market trends, competitors, and policy shifts that impact AI adoption.
What We're Looking For
- We think you have 1-2 years of experience in similar roles or demonstrable achievements in relevant areas. Experience with a startup is considered extra relevant.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
- A genuine passion for AI, an early-adopter mindset, and a drive to shape how this technology is applied where it matters most.
- High level of comfort with sales, prospecting and marketing tools & processes
- Sense of entrepreneurship: a self-starter with a high sense of urgency and ability to work within undefined processes
- Social, driven, and eager to learn new things.
