About the Role

We are scaling fast, and we need exceptional leaders to anchor our entry into Spain, Poland, and the Netherlands.

As our first commercial hire for the country, you will have full ownership of market entry. You will work closely with our founders and commercial team who have successfully executed this journey in Scandinavia and Germany. We provide the playbook, the product, and the strategy; you provide the drive to execute it locally.

We are looking for high-agency native speakers who are excited by the challenge of introducing secure, high-stakes GenAI to the government and enterprise sectors.

What You’ll Do

Supported by initial research and our playbook from previous markets, you will shape and execute the strategy for your country—getting the first deals, onboarding the first customers, and then expanding the team to support our growth.

This will involve:

Generate pipeline from scratch: You will use cold outreach, local networking events, and social media to open doors and build Intric’s presence in the market.

Own the full sales cycle: From qualifying prospects and coordinating demos to managing complex stakeholder maps and driving momentum toward a signed contract.

Consultative selling: Using frameworks like SPIN, you will help customers uncover where GenAI can truly make an impact, moving beyond features to define high-value use cases.

Bridge the gap to Product: You will identify and advocate for critical localizations—whether language-specific or regulatory—to ensure the platform fits the local market.
Master the local landscape: You will stay on top of market trends, competitor activity, and policy shifts that impact AI adoption in your region.

Who We're Looking For

We are less concerned with your tenure and more interested in your trajectory and potential. We prioritize high achievers who have demonstrated excellence in competitive environments—whether in top-tier academics, elite sports, or early-stage startups.

High Potential over Status Quo: You might have 1–2 years of closing experience, or you might be a recent graduate with an exceptional track record. What matters is that you are a "hunter" with a history of outperforming your peers.

A Builder’s Mindset: You have an entrepreneurial spirit. You don't need a fully defined process to succeed; you are eager to build the plane while flying it. You treat your market like your own business.

Native-Level Communication: You have excellent written and verbal command of English and [Spanish / Dutch / Polish]. You can navigate complex stakeholder maps and articulate high-value propositions clearly.

Intellectual Curiosity & Drive: You are smart, fast, and an early adopter of technology. You don’t just "like" AI; you are driven to define how it shapes the future of critical organizations.

High Agency Execution: You are comfortable with the grind of sales—prospecting, outreach, and closing. You don’t wait for leads to be handed to you; you go out and create them.
