About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Infrastructure Engineer to take ownership of our infrastructure as we scale. You will design, maintain, and improve the systems that power Intric.ai, ensuring stability, security, and performance across our platform.

This is a high-impact role where your decisions will directly influence the speed of development, the reliability of our platform, and the overall success of our growth journey.

What You’ll Do

You will own Intric’s infrastructure and ensure it scales efficiently and securely.

Responsibilities include:

• Design and implement infrastructure architecture from the ground up

• Ensure the stability and reliability of all systems and deployments

• Maintain the security of our infrastructure, protecting data and processes

• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to support rapid development

• Deploy and manage cloud-based services and orchestration platforms

Who You Are

We value mindset, technical expertise, and initiative. You:

• Hold a BSc or MSc in Computer Science or a related field

• Have four or more years of professional experience in infrastructure or systems engineering

• Are intelligent, execution-focused, and passionate about delivering results

• Thrive on solving technical challenges and overcoming complex problems

• Communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Are motivated to grow with a fast-moving, ambitious organization

• Demonstrate a strong interest in AI and emerging technologies

• Hold EU citizenship or the right to work in the EU

• Previous work in startups or scale-ups is a plus

Must-Haves

The essential skills and experience for this role include:

• Experience with Docker, Redis, pgvector, Arq, vLLM, or Kubernetes

• Strong Linux, Bash, or Domain-Driven Design experience

• Experience designing highly available and secure systems
