About the Role
As the first hire in Poland, you will lead Intric’s go-to-market execution in the Polish market. You will be responsible for building a strong pipeline, closing initial lighthouse customers, and establishing Intric’s presence within government and enterprise.
You will work closely with our founders and commercial team, leveraging our product, playbook, and strategy to execute locally — while adapting to the nuances of the Polish market.
This is a high-impact role introducing secure, high-stakes GenAI solutions to some of Poland’s most critical institutions and organizations.
What You’ll Do
Build and convert a high-quality pipeline within government agencies and large enterprises
Own the full sales cycle: from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing
Navigate complex stakeholder environments and long sales cycles
Establish trusted relationships with key decision-makers in the Polish market
Close initial lighthouse deals and create case studies for further expansion
Apply consultative selling to identify high-value GenAI use cases
Collaborate with Product and the broader team to ensure strong market fit and local relevance
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments impacting AI adoption
Who You Are
You have a strong track record in B2B sales, business development, or similar roles
You have experience working with enterprise clients and/or public sector organizations
You have started to build a network within government, public sector, or large enterprises in Poland
You are comfortable navigating complex organizations and engaging multiple stakeholders
You combine an entrepreneurial mindset with a structured, execution-focused approach
You are curious about new technologies and motivated by real-world impact
Must-Haves
Native-level Polish and strong English proficiency
2–5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or similar roles
Proven track record of closing deals within enterprise and/or public sector environments
Experience managing longer sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Ability to build pipeline independently and drive deals to close

Practical Information
Location: Stockholm HQ or Remote in Poland (with 3 months onboarding in Stockholm)
Travel: Regular travel within Poland, to Stockholm HQ, and occasional cross-market collaboration
