Customer Engagement Manager, AI Adoption
Help governments and enterprises successfully implement secure AI that creates real impact.
Intric works with public sector organisations, including local governments, and public institutions, to help them get real value from AI, not just adopt it in name.
Most customers are at the beginning of that journey, and our work is hands-on: showing up, building alongside their teams, and staying involved until it's part of how they actually work. You'd own the customer engagement and platform usage across a portfolio of organisations, from the first workshop onwards.
What you'll do
Own a set of existing accounts. You'd get up to speed quickly and take over each relationship fully: running the regular meetings, knowing who the right people are, and understanding what each customer needs to move forward.
Get new customers to their first real result. You run the opening sessions, help each organisation set up the right foundations, and get their first people actively building and using AI tools.
Own the numbers that show whether adoption is actually happening. You'd track how many licensed users have activated, how frequently they're coming back, how deeply they're using the platform day to day, and whether that picture is improving over time. When the trend shows an account is plateauing, you're the one who acts on it.
Build a network inside each account, at every level. The customers who grow are the ones where you know people across the organisation, not just the project lead. You'd cultivate contacts from operational staff up to senior stakeholders, and keep those relationships active.
Run hands-on sessions directly with teams. Some of this work is strategic. A lot of it is sitting with a social services team or a planning department and building something useful with them. That's where the real adoption happens, and it's a core part of how this role works.
Who you are
You've managed relationships with multiple stakeholders and know how to find the right people and dynamics in an unfamiliar organisation.
You're comfortable working directly with operational staff who are new to AI, and you can make the work feel relevant and useful to them.
You can tell when friendly check-ins are masking a lack of real progress, and you know how to have that conversation constructively.
You're patient and persistent in complex environments, and you find ways to move things forward without pushing people away.
You use data to manage your own work, not just to report upward.
Why join
Most public sector organisations buy AI and hope for the best. Helping them actually get there is where the real work is. Intric has been doing this with 70+ customers across Europe and has developed a methodology that works.
You'd be joining at the point where the model is credible enough to scale but early enough that how it gets delivered is still being shaped.
About Intric
Europe's public sector is facing its biggest challenge in generations. A shrinking workforce must deliver more services to more people, and the gap grows every year. Intric exists to close it. We bring modern AI to the organisations that keep society running, and in doing so, we're defining how public services will work for decades to come.
We value ownership, high standards, and thoughtful execution. Titles matter less than contribution. If you see something that can be improved, you take initiative. If something is unclear, you ask questions. If a customer faces a challenge, you lean in.
We combine ambition with collaboration. We move fast, but we care deeply about doing things right. As we continue scaling across Europe, every team member plays a meaningful role in shaping both the company and the culture.

About Intric
Intric is a sovereign AI platform for building, governing, and sharing AI assistants and agents across teams and departments. Designed for strict regulatory, security, and sovereignty requirements. Built in Sweden. Trusted across Europe.
We started Intric because the institutions that society depends on most — government, healthcare, education, critical infrastructure — were being left behind by every wave of technology, then told to catch up on someone else's terms. We think that is backwards. We build sovereign AI infrastructure so these institutions can increase their capacity without giving up control over how they operate, what they share, or who they trust.
