What we’re looking for:

• Creative, independent first-principle thinkers: you invent, not imitate
• How you take ideas from nothing all the way to launch
• You hold the highest bar for quality and champion great user experiences
• Refined taste and exceptional visual expression
• Strong digital intuition—you know the possibilities and constraints of modern mediums
• Formal training in design or comparable professional experience
